Sales Associate:
A part-time sales position in our Portland store, one weekend day per week plus fill-in (adding an extra 2-3 days per week, once every month or two, to cover colleague's time off.) We're looking for someone who has solid retail experience selling women's and/or men's clothing, loves our particular lifestyle vision, has strong customer service skills, and has a strong eye for detail. Someone who can handle the sales floor, tackle the backroom operations, and has the flexibility to pitch in where it's needed. We're a tight-knit team and we're looking for someone with enthusiasm to join us.

Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers, ensuring that all visitors feel welcome in our store.
Developing and maintaining online and in-store customer relationships.
Upkeep store visual merchandising standards and cleanliness.
Manage inventory and help with e-commerce operations.
Shipping, receiving, and customer service.
Represent the Shop Boswell aesthetic and vision.

What We're looking for:
2+ years of dedicated women's or men's clothing retail sales experience.
Weekend availability is mandatory.
Backroom and e-commerce experience.
Demonstrated competency in sales, products, and service.
Knowledge of retail merchandising practices.
Scheduling flexibility is required.
Open to feedback, can take direction, and work with a team.
Putting down roots and interested in growing with our business.
