Vintage wool dress trousers that have a high waist, a small pleat at the front, button fly, deep crease down the leg and cuffed hem. They have the cutest vintage repair on one knee.

Jane is 5' 4.5" and her measurements are 33" bust, 27.5" waist, and 33.5" hip.
